I hired, booked and produced the 70’s disco legend KC & The Sunshine Band for a private corporate performance at The Park Plaza Hotel in Boston. A complete turnkey performance was created for this financial services firm.
At my company, Celebrity Direct Inc. we work on a “one fee, we’re responsible” basis so that meeting planners can concentrate on the rest of their conference and leave us to produce the show.
Harry Wayne Casey founded the band back in 1973 and since then, KC and the Sunshine Band have sold in excess of 100 million records and their songs have been used in more than 200 films, and that’s the way, uh huh, uh huh, he likes it.
